What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome and browse to news.google.com
2. Open new tab and browse to
http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/technology/2009/09/iconic_apple_ad_gets_doubletw
i.html
3. Open new tab and browse to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surround_sound
4. Wait 10 seconds.

What is the expected result?

Chrome should continue working normally.

What happens instead?

Whoah! Crash!
