Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: Don't know
   Firefox 3.x: Fine
          IE 7: Fine
          IE 8: Don't know

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a Fidelity bill pay account
2. Go to https://scs.fidelity.com/customeronly/billpay.shtml
3. Log in
4. The sub navigation bar is covered by one of the other sections

What is the expected result?
You should be able to click on this sub navigation and add a new account,
view bill history, and manage bills.

What happens instead?
The sub navigation bars are under another section and all covered up.  You
cannot click them.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Screen shot says it all.  Chrome on top, Firefox on bottom.  I blanked out
my information which is the large blue block on the left.
