What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having lots of tabs open in Chrome means the user sometimes accidentally
closes a tab by clicking on the x.

What is the expected result?
Tabs should have more room for the cursor to click on them. It would be
good if another row of tabs appeared. Or if there was a user option to drag
the tab area bigger (like the task bar in Windows).
What happens instead?
A tab is accidentally closed.
