New issue 23806 by kasperd: Security message is lacking relevant information
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23806

Chrome Version : 4.0.213.1 (Official Build 27053)
OS + version : 2.6.24-gg24-generic
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64
window manager : kwin
URLs (if applicable) : https://mail.google.com/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to access https://mail.google.com/

What is the expected result?
Either it works or Chrome tell me what is wrong

What happens instead?
Chrome give me an error message saying:

The site's security certificate is not trusted!

You attempted to reach mail.google.com, but the server presented a
certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's
operating system"

It should have provided me a way to see details about the certificate so I
can find out what is going wrong.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
