I have 3.0.195.21 on windows and have now opposite behaviour: I use drag-n-drop together with click on the same element. I found that when I drag element to any place on page - it acts as click (but shouldn't) and when I drag this element to the area, where this element can be dropped - I have double behaviour - drop and click events fires in the same time.
