What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the second tab in options window.
2. There is a 5th option beginning with the letter "T" or there can be more
only the topmost part of it can be seen. I think it's about theme settings.
3. When you click its button the browser window changes to the default
theme.
What is the expected result?
The second tab of the options main window must be scrollable but lacks a
scroll bar.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
