Thats chrome3 on comcast.  But at the same time, Safari worked. On Mac,  
Chrome
worked, but very slowly, while Safari was fast.  Both returned to normal  
after 30
minutes or so.

This morning I tried clicking 'Report Issue' in gmail and get this:

Bad Request
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request.

But it works from Safari and Firefox.
