What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sometimes happens that one website that I am using is sudently changing
SSL from v3 to v2 but expect v3 response. That's when chromium chrashes.

What is the expected result?
Display error message.
What happens instead?
Browser quit. Whole, not only single tab.
