New issue 24238 by stourwalk: history.forward prevents page rendering

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create HTML page
2. insert <script> history.forward() </script> somewhere in the page
3. display the page

What is the expected result?

Page should render completely.

What happens instead?

Page stops rendering at the history.forward() location - in the DevConsole
no HTML beyond the history.forward is visible in the Elements tab.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This used to work prior to 4.0.220.
