New issue 24239 by filmil: Chromium under Linux not showing PDF files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Make sure the nppdf.so plugin is installed and visible to Chromium
(about:plugins)
2. Try opening any PDF file
3.

What is the expected result?
The PDF viewer should be shown in the browser pane, with the PDF document
displayed

What happens instead?
A dark-grey browser pane appears.  No document, no controls.
