The menu does pop up when pressing the App key, but it keeps popping closed immediately. Moreover, once you have tried using the key, the context menu keeps popping closed when using the right-mouse-button as well: Type a misspelled word in a text box. Try using the App key to bring up the spell- checker. It will immediately close before you have a chance to select a suggestion. Try again and again if you want. Now try using the right-mouse-button to bring up the context menu on the misspelled word. It will pop closed.
