New issue 24406 by stephen.amar: onMouseOut event does not work properly
with a toolstrip-button.

Behavior in Chrome for Windows: Not tested.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the Gmail Extension attached in Chrome.
2. Make sure that you have a message unread in Gmail.
3. Hover over the new message appearing in the toolstrip. If you move
your mouse out of the new message IN the toolstrip, the event is executed.
If you move your mouse out of the new message into the current opened
page, the event is not executed.
What is the expected result?
The event must always be executed when mouse leave the tag affected by
the event.
What happens instead?
Not working.
