Not repeatable. :
Chrome Chrome version: 4.0.222.2 is loading pages normally in the above
first two
scenarios .
In the keystone update scenario on build ( verified on update to
4.0.221.8) ,
The above mentioned is not happening.
Keystone silent update : After silent update from 4.0.221.6 to
4.0.221.8 & not
restating the browser, there is no issue in loading new tabs pages/ new
pages.
