Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x (if applicable): Command-L opens a new window
and selects the location text box when none are open
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable):Command-L opens a new window
and selects the location text box when none are open
Behavior in Chrome for Windows: don't know since I don't have windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Close any open windows and all tabs
2.  Type Command-L
3.  Nothing happens

What is the expected result? New window with the location text box ready
for entry


What happens instead? Nothing
