Visit a https site that has _valid_ SSL certificates (e.g., https://mail.google.com/). What is the expected result? The URL on Omnibar is shown without a red strike-through line. What happens instead? The red strike-through line is drawn on Omnibox. Maybe a regression caused by 28510? Please provide any additional information below.
