I have this issue at work intranet site. JavaScript intensive. behind a proxy, and it happens consistently, even with the newest build. If you know of the "Remedy" ticket system for IT Help, that is what we use. To reproduce the error: 1. load a ticket 2. click on update which opens a javascript new window 3. click on cancel or close the new window 4. click on update again this new window appears blank and will just not load. A manual reload works for the update window but if you then try to load a new ticket, the same thing occurs for that ticket (again from a new javascript page). Because the Remedy ticketing system is really bad, we cannot reload that page as it switches from that ticket to a search instead. We need to log out and log back in to view 1 more ticket.
