New issue 24548 by goldentoe: Downloads Page is Blank (NOT using incognito)
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24548

Google Chrome 3.0.195.25 (Official Build 27847)
WebKit 532.0
V8 1.2.14.19
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/532.0 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/3.0.195.25 Safari/532.0

URLs (if applicable) : (All Downloads)
Other browsers tested: (Only relevant to chrome, version listed above)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.google.com/landing/chrome/beta/
2. Click Get Google Chrome (BETA) (or go to
http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=betachannel)
3. Accept and install (I checked "Optional: Help make Google Chrome better
by automatically sending usage statistics and crash reports to Google."

OR

1. Go to http://dl.google.com/update2/installers/ChromeSetup.exe

NEXT:
Install File, Run Chrome, then download any file.

What is the expected result?
Files in progress should show in downloads page, as well as completed
files.

What happens instead?
No file(s) ever appear on downloads page, instead they are downloaded
(usually successfully) but when browser attempts to close, confirm box pops
up and says "You have [number] download(s) in progress. If you close
google chrome now, these downloads will be canceled." Contains options,
"Close and cancel downloads" or "Wait for downloads to finish" (default).

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I am not using incognito.
