After reading some codes, I realized that issues mentioned in my comment 5
are two
separate issues. Only the first one matters to fix the layout test. To
reflect the
actual status of the issue, I started another issue (issue 24796) that
handles the
redirection problem. This issue will handle the problem of about:* URL with
query
strings.
Probably we should change googleurl to accept query parameters for about:
URLs, in
order to copy Safari's behavior.
