New issue 24832 by [email protected]: Don't display vertical scrollbar when list item slightly overflows http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24832 Real-world page that's affected: http://de.news.yahoo.com/wirtschaft.html , see text in right navigation strip saying "Wirtschaft: Alle Videos ยป" that has an unnecessary scrollbar. The vertical scrollbar displays because it is overflowed by 1 pixel. The question is whether or not to display scroll bar when list item overflows slightly. IE and Firefox do not show scroll bar in this case.
