Hello I downloaded and run DrWeb CureIt free antivirus http://www.freedrweb.com/download+cureit/ and it found Trojan.PWS.Panda.114 (Trojan Zbot or ZeuS by other antivirus classification). I confirm that removing this virus fixes the issue.
