Comment #2 on issue 8588 by joesixgig: Zooming in shifts the page upwards neglecting to set the part of the page that the user was viewing as point for zoomed text to be viewed. One note about the exact implementation. IE8 does this really nicely: if you zoom in on a page using CTRL-scrollwheel, the 'zoom center' is pretty much exactly on the line where the mouse pointer is hovering.
