What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed a theme via the new tab screen hook.
2. Opened a website via the application-esque shortcut Chrome or Gears
allows me to create.
3. Noticed the entire window used the Classic theme and not my selected
theme.
What is the expected result?
I should have my selected theme used for all Chrome windows.
What happens instead?
Chrome main windows are themed, but opening any website via the Chrome or
Gears application-esque shortcuts gets the defaulted Classic theme.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
