I think that since bookmarks can be manipulated in an incognito window,
sync should
also have the same functionality in incognito. Thus, I think the bug here
is that "Sync
my bookmarks... " doesn't do anything in incognito, and we should fix this
so that
clicking on that menu item will have the same results as clicking on that
item from a
non-incognito window.
