What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Touchpadscroll in bookmarkfolders

What is the expected result?
For the bookmarks to scroll
What happens instead?
The bookmarkfolder collapses/disappers.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
But i can scroll the bookmarkfolders with the scroll on the mouse if i plug
an external mouse in.
