Open a Chrome tab 2. Place another scrollable window behind the Chrome window 3. Use two fingers to scroll the content in the Chrome window. You will see the content What is the expected result? Scrolling input should apply only to the window that the cursor is hovering over. If there are multiple layers of apps, only the top one should receive the scroll input What happens instead?
