Status: Unconfirmed Owner: ---- Labels: OS-Linux Area-Misc Type-Bug New issue 25163 by stinkinrich88: Does not properly detect hyperlink un-hover when at edge of page. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25163
Chrome Version : 4.0.222.8 http://ppa.launchpad.net/chromium- daily/ppa/ubuntu OS + version : Ubuntu 9.04 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit window manager : Gnome URLs (if applicable) : http://users.cs.cf.ac.uk/R.P.Coombs/ChromeBugTest.html Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Correctly detects when mouse is no longer hovering over hyperlink. Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to the URL specified 2. Hover cursor over hyperlink 3. Move mouse off the page by going up/left 4. Notice that the hyperlink is still highlighted as if it is still being hovered over 5. Move mouse back on to page and hyperlink will stop being highlighted. What is the expected result? Hyperlink to stop being highlighted when the mouse stops hovering over it. What happens instead? Hyperlink remains highlighted unless mouse moves to another part of the webpage. If the mouse moves off of the page without hovering over anything else then the hyperlink remains highlighted. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
