What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any pdf file in Mac OS X 10.6.1(fully updated at time of posting)
2. Open a New Chrome window and navigate to any page that requires
vertical scrolling or horizontal scrolling
3. Orient the Chrome window so that some of it overlaps the Preview
window while the Chrome window maintains focus.
4. Scroll either horizontally (if applicable) or vertically in the
approximate
overlap area of the two windows in Chrome.
5. The unfocused Preview window underneath Chrome will also scroll
slightly.
What is the expected result?
I expect the unfocused window to not scroll.
What happens instead?
The unfocused Preview window will also scroll slightly
