What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Shift+Alt+T.
2. Use arrow keys to navigate trough the toolbar buttons.
3. Click on the webpage or scrollbar.
What is the expected result?
The toolbar button you navigated to loses focus and shows the normal "idle"
button icon.
What happens instead?
The button still shows the hover icon as if the button had focus.
