Check in a pre-built data ICU data dll with the following two changes:
1. Add am/sw locale data
2. Add invuca table which became necessary by the patch for webkit bug
30437 (webkit revision 49899 : http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/49899 )
Linux/Mac pre-built data (assembly sources) were checked in earlier.
