So, we try to do an update every ~30-45 minutes (there's a random  
distribution). It
wouldn't surprise me if that timer hits immediately upon wake. If we can  
detect that we
just woke up, it would be reasonable to delay the update for a random  
amount of time
between 1-5 minutes.
