Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Correct display
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Correct display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just visit the site http://www.breitbart.com/



What is the expected result?
Goldline text should be to the extreme left
On the Goldline a scrolling news ticker should be visible
Breaking News above Goldline shows news item blurbs


What happens instead?
Goldline text is shifted to the extreme right
On the Goldline the scrolling text is blocked by a gray/black band
Breaking News above Goldline shows no news item blurbs

and backtrace if possible.

This behavior is observed in Chrome on 32 bit and 64 bit Jaunty Ubuntu
versions.
