New issue 25518 by [email protected]: A rectangle around hyperlinks ruins
pages.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25518

Chrome Version : 4.0.223.9
URLs (if applicable) : http://msgplus.net/download/ for example
Other browsers tested: n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://msgplus.net/download/
2. Press the download image
3. Notice that the green or orange (I am colorblind, can't tell you the
color) rectangle isn't the same size as the image.

What is the expected result?
Not to show the green/orange rectangle around links, and absolutely not
around image links

What happens instead?
See reproduction steps

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Might also be the wrong size for (text) links with the css 'margin' or
'padding' set.
