New issue 25545 by justin.force: -webkit-border-radius + overflow cause
child text to become blurred
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25545

Chrome Version : 4.0.223.6 (Developer Build Ubuntu build 29510)
URLs (if applicable) : http://sidewaysmilk.com/-webkit-border-
radius+overflow.html (the bug is also visible when creating a new tab. The
"Recently closed" tab displays the same behavior)
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View a page which defines -webkit-border-radius to any em or px value
AND has overflow set to anything but visible (or inherit if the element
inherits visible).

What is the expected result?
Display the page normally

What happens instead?
Child text of elements with these attributes set is very blurry. Really
ugly.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I have tested this thoroughly and determined that this behavior only occurs
if overflow is set to auto, scroll, or hidden (or inherit if the object
inherits one of these) and -webkit-border-radius is set to some px or em
value.
