If you could apply all the AAC patches, that would make taking an update
from ffmpeg
easier. And if you could get HE or SSR decodes working, that would be very
cool.
Its hard to tell if this sample is good? Quicktime plays something, but
its different
than if I ffmpeg to wav and play that, and they're both somewhat gibberish
notes?
