This is *not* a flash bug. I was able to reproduce it using gnash. Chrome/Chromium are the only browsers affected using 64-bit gnash as well. When using flash, disabling compiz fixes the problem, and it can be worked around by right clicking, and then without closing the right click menu clicking on the button with which you are attempting to interact. With gnash, neither the right-click trick nor disabling compiz help.
