What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create some empty folders in firefox bookmarks bar
2. export bookmarks as html
3. import to chromium, these empty folders are not imported
(non-empty folders are OK)
What is the expected result?
import of all (and empty) bookmarks folders
What happens instead?
empty folders in bookmarks are not imported
