I hit a repro case that is pretty consistent, which looks like it could be
an issue with the HTTP caching:
I successfully signed in through a fresh profile (works).
Now I clicked the logoff link (still looks OK).
Now if I go back to sign-in, it keeps re-displaying the login page.
All the right cookies were set however.
If I clear the HTTP cache, then a simple reload gets the dashboard showing
again.
