I think there's a misunderstanding about the purpose of this bug.

The current behavior is that renderer & plugin crashes are annotated with  
their URLs if the crash occurs while handling an IPC message from another
process.

If not the renderer/plugin crash has no URL attached.

The problem is that crashes that occur when not handling an IPC message are  
not annotated with a URL, I was sure that the purpose of this bug was to
ensure that all renderer/browser crashes had a corresponding URL.

I don't quite understand why this is considered a beta blocker since  
Windows shares this behavior.  Also, I seem to remember that one of the task
forces [stability perhaps?] was also thinking about implementing something  
like this?
