debug this problem because we don't have a URL to test
against, and I don't understand what you meant by "server
expect ssl v3 but transmit v2" and "one website ... is
sudently changing SSL from v3 to v2 but expect v3 response."
I'll need you to describe what the server does as technically
accurate as possible. Thanks.
