Firefox (ff2 at least) uses DOMContentLoaded.  We do this as well; but we  
have
multiple
'password manager events'. We additionally try to only display the login
bar once the landing page has finished loading (to some degree) so we can  
make an
honest attempt at determining if the login succeeded (and not show the bar  
if it
didn't).  It is for this second load that we do not currently use  
DOMContentLoaded,
but
I'm proposing we may be able to.  Things like autofilling a previously saved
password are already triggered by the content loaded event.
