New issue 26033 by VonDieFinsternis: Chrome opens a new instance in the
wrong icon in the Windows 7 Taskbar when a Chrome app is open

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a Chrome app (in the attached pic it is a countdown)
2. Open the App
3. Now press on the Chrome icon and see that Chrome does not open on its
icon but in a new icon that looks like the opened app (look at pic).
What is the expected result?
Chrome should open in its own icon.
What happens instead?
It opens in a new icon with the app's icon on it
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Also, eventually the icon that chrome is on and the icon of the app (since
they are the same) nest together as if they were the same app.
