Make sure chrome has empty bookmark bar 2. Open contextual menu on the bar. Actual: "Open All Bookmarks" option shows enabled on empty bookmark bar ( Screen shot attached ) Expected or How Windows and Linux behave for the same? "Open All Bookmarks" shows disabled. Contextual menu should be smart enough when bar is empty.
