New issue 26185 by john.burak: When purchasing item from eBay via PayPal,
the PayPal servers give error message, "Message 3005".

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Win an item off eBay
2. Try to pay with PayPal.
What is the expected result?
To get to the PayPal login page as part of the process of paying for an
item from eBay.
What happens instead?
PayPal servers replied with an error page indicating "Message 3005" and a
very generic statement that an "error has been detected" and "please try
again".
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Sorry, didn't get a screen shot before paying for the item via Firefox. I
believe Paypal has a developer's sandbox though, which might be helpful in
reproducing the bug (though I really don't know if eBay has a sandbox).
