What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when drag the chrome on desktop, the chrome window cross over the
boundary of the panel of desktop;
2. and the chrome window could not be moved anymore
What is the expected result?
Do not cross over the boundary of the panel of desktop.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
