What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply open Google Chrome

What is the expected result?
Chrome open my previous open pages.
What happens instead?
Chrome opens but the page is not loaded. In addition, extensions does not
load.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
