roguelazer, you rule, I can reproduce with
https://secure.flyingmeat.com/store/. But there is a hitch. I can only
reproduce it with my ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/... data.
If I drop this folder on another system then I am able to reproduce it.
Karen - unfortunately my stored data is 40MB compressed (too big for
code.google.com). I'll push it up to an internal server and whoever this
gets assigned to can get the location from me.
Steps:
Move your current ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/... folder
aside
Drop in my folder
Launch Chrome
> Note: it will open about 15 different windows
Open a new window or tab
Navigate to https://secure.flyingmeat.com/store/
Adjust the quantity of the first item to 2
Select PayPal from the bottom
Click continue
Verify the page: Sorry — "your last action could not be completed"
