This is not a security problem: the triangle is there to notify the user
that some
resources on the page where not loaded over https even though the address
in the
address bar starts with https://.
In the case of the Chrome blog, you'll notice that this happens when
somebody that
commented on the page has an avatar (== a picture to go with their
comments) that
gets loaded from another page over a plain HTTP:// connection. The triangle
is there
to let you know that a resource (in this case the picture) may have been
tampered
with because it was not loaded over https like the rest of the page.
