#14: The Cmd-O case only happened with the tab-modal Open File sheet, which
was
never committed, but which will come back when I have some moments (to
clear other
backlog) to revise the patch.
Let me just point to my comments at the top of #6 for a possible hint on
fixing the
DCHECK() failure; whether or not it would fix any related focus confusion
is another
question.
