I am running 4.0.236 (Gentoo) and having a similar issue. When I say go to newegg.com and type in something like "usb flash", then there is a list of potential matches. When I press [DOWN], instead of going to the first item of the list, it goes to the second. Similarly for google.com's search suggestion. Is this the same bug?
