Firefox 3.x: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a page with non-white background (http://twitter.com/ is a good
example)
2. Press F11.
What is the expected result?
The page appears without borders.
What happens instead?
The page appears with ugly borders on the left, right and bottom.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This is a regression, there were no borders on 4.0.223.11.
